Back on deck with the Matildas and capped player #58, Tracey Wheeler, Australia's first World Cup keeper. Tracey has nominated Wentworthville Uniting Church Soccer Club with whom she started out in the Protestant Churches League in Sydney's west.
Tracey played in a mixed team until the under 14's when she made the move to Wenty Waratahs and the first of her all girls outfits.
She made her green & gold debut at 17 alongside 3 others in the game against New Zealand in 1989 and would be the starting keeper for Australia another 48 times in a career spanning 11 years and taking in the World Cup in Sweden,1995.
