Teagan Micah was marked for success from early on, beginning her career with Moe Utd in rural Victoria, making Gippsland rep teams out of goals before moving to Redcliffe as a 10yr old where she spent a couple of seasons before being drafted into Brisbane rep sides.
She made her first Australia team, the U13s, alongside Beatty Goad after coming under the guidance of John Gorza at the Goalkeepeing Australia Academy.
Teagan was contracted to the Roar & Wanderers seeing little game time before getting a Psychology degree and much needed match experience at UCLA. Her standout seasons in the NCAA brought her into Matildas contention, where she was selected for the Tournament of Nations and 2019 World Cup squads.
Micah made her debut against Sweden prior to the Tokyo Olympics keeping a clean sheet and impressing at every turn. Great to have another new club join the GFP ranks and our latest Matilda on board.
