Tal came through Maccabi & Inglewood before settling at Perth Italia which would become PSC in 1995.
Started at Maccabi to fill a vacancy in her brother's team, Tal moved to Kiev but finally found a home at Italia.
Earning the first of her 27 caps in the Australian midfield against Canada in 2002 in the lead up to the 2003 World Cup Tal played in each of sides WC finals matches.
Since retiring from the game she has made a seamless transition into the law & spent time as a Director at FFV.
It is honour to welcome another of the game's more decorated names aboard.
