The next name to add to the list is that of Socceroo #501, Shane Steffanuto.
Shane brings another new club into the fold by nominating Atherton Eagles from FNQ as his GrassRoots club.
Starting out as a 5-year old at the Eagles under the tutelage of his father spent his formative seasons on the Atherton tableland before coming down the hill to Edge Hill SC in Cairns where he spent another 4 seasons.
The no-nonsense defender made his Socceroo debut in 2007 in a friendly against China while playing his club football in Norway, the first to do so.
Coming home to the A-League he now works behind the scenes for The Roar.
