The vivacious Ms. Heyman has joined Matildas team-mate Caitlin Foord in naming the Illawarra region's Warilla Wanderers as her GrassRoots club.
Michelle played at Morley Park on the eastern edge of Lake Illawarra from the age of 10 & debuted in the Green & Gold off the bench in an Olympic Games qualifier against Nth Korea in 2011 and played up front in all 5 of Australia's finals matches at the 2015 World Cup either starting or as an impact sub.
She was a delight to chat to & I hope her recovery from surgery is swift. Welcome aboard Michelle.
