Mass joins Nick Rizzo in having Queens Park JFC from Sydney's eastern suburbs as his GrassRoots club.
Mass started at Queens Park, just a stone's throw from the Sydney Football Stadium, at the age of 8, under the guidance of Hector Martinez. He progressed to St.George & thence to Apia, but it was while at Swindon Town he really made his mark.
Massimo made his Socceroo off the bench in the 2014 friendly against Ecuador in the lead-up to the Brasil World Cup and within a few short months he would be the find the the 2015 Asian Cup & open the scoring (see vid.) in the final, in his own home town. Boys own stuff !!!
