The latest Australian international picked up her first cap on Saturday at Parramatta, I was there. She picked up her second in Adelaide 3 days later & I was there too. A natural sportswomen, Jenna has won premierships in AFLW with Adelaide, but her heart belongs in football which brought her & her family to Adelaide from the South Australian border regions.
A cool, calm defender, Jenna started at Blue Lake at the age of 9 playing up a couple of age groups & made her belated debut against Chile in 2019, in the heart of the Australian defence alongside veteran Claire Polkinghorne, her former Brisbane Roar team mate, receiving plaudits from many a well credentialed former player, along the way.
