Today's nominator is the elder of the Petkovic brothers, Socceroo #413, Jason Petkovic.
Jason joins Robert Zabica in naming Spearwood Dalmantinac as his GrassRoots club.
Jason debuted in the Green & Gold in 1995 in a friendly against the Kiwis in Newcastle. Sadly he was born into a time when Australian goalkeeping stocks were at an all-time high with the likes of Bosnich, Kalac & a certain Mark Schwarzer in the queue ahead of him otherwise his bank of 16 caps would surely have been much greater.
Jason started at Dalmantinac Park as a 5-yr old and went through the ages and grades until making his move to the NSL with Adelaide City replacing Zabica, and then made the move back home to become a Gloryman.
