Today's offering comes from Socceroo #534, Dario Vidosic. Dario may have set the record as the youngest starter in our game playing ALL his GrassRoots football at Rocklea United, now known as Brisbane Knights. Rado, his father, came to Australia to coach & young Dario took up the game at Dunn Rd as a 3yr old forming many life long friendships before his talent took him off around the world.
Making his debut off the bench in the WC Qualifier against Japan in 2009 while playing at Nuremberg in Germany.
Dario still has strong links with Rocklea and no matter where in the world he's playing, a little bit of Brisbane's southern suburbs goes with him.
